Citing Sources
About WIKIPEDIA!
Wikipedia can, and often does offer good information; however, it is unreliable. You can use it for quick reference, but it is not considered a valid citation for academic purposes. I do, however, encourage you to read what Wikipedia says about the
topic. Sometimes you can locate Wikipedia's citations at the end of the document, the primary sources from which they found their information, and then you can cite that primary source rather than Wikipedia.
